Kyra Hart was awarded the By R.E.A.L. Kids Outstanding Community Service
On June 6th, 2014 Kyra Hart was awarded the By R.E.A.L. Kids Outstanding Community Service Award for 2013-2014 school year at Stough Elementary School. Ashley V. Bagley co-host of the popular ISTA Entertainment Spotlight Radio Show and supporter of the By R.E.A.L. Kids community projects presented Kyra with her award.
Cheryl Stidham, Principal of the school goes on record saying "We are very excited that Kyra is receiving this award and we are very proud of her". Kyra's 2nd grade teacher Rebecca Blackburn was delighted that one of her students was helping out charities in the community.

job of Helping By R.E.A.L. Kids in the Community Service Area. They have helped to change the lives of a lot of people this year. From August 2013-June 2014 the community service
efforts have been as followed
• 2013 Book Bag Buffet Drive which gave out over 200 book bags to community children.
• Trunk or Treat for the Autism Society of Wake county - Where they assisted autism kids with their fun activities.
• Christmas Caroling to retirement homes to spread holiday cheer
• 2014 Winter Walk for the homeless
• Donuts for Dollars- Where they raise money for a kids summit to help kids learn about healthy eating.
Just to name a few.
Kyra's Mother Michelle was ask why did she decide to get her involved in the program and she said "To help others, to make friendships, to learn new things and to have fun". She also said that Kyra has learned alot just by being in the program, and recommends other parents if given the chance to join should do so.
